I have trained in several modalities for couples work including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), IMAGO, and Psychobiological Approach To Couples Therapy (PACT). I offer couples therapy that meets you where you are in your relationship. I focus on supporting couples in learning how to be the expert in your partner. It is about giving you the skills and tools to practice how to better listen, attune to and tend to your partner’s needs while also getting your needs met.

Every couple is unique yet most couples face similar challenges. In working with couples, I like to have an initial session to get a sense of what the challenges are that you and your partner are facing.
Then, I meet individually with each partner to get a better sense of attachment style and relationship history to support in creating a clear path toward building the relationship you desire.

I am an NYC-based psychotherapist and my fees are competitive with other therapists in the area.
I am an “Out of Network” provider. Many health insurances have out-of-network benefits and my fees may be reimbursable. If you have a PPO health insurance plan, my services may be reimbursable by 50%-80% depending on your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

As a service to you, I submit all claims electronically to insurance providers. Payment for each session is expected at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
As is standard with psychotherapy, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, then you will be required to pay the full cost of treatment.
